We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest and support of our Lab. There have been a lot of exciting milestones and activities this year. In June, the Lab was formally inaugurated together with the Swedish Minister of Financial Markets, the Director General of VINNOVA, and the President of KTH. We were very happy to be able to present our ambition to utilize our transdisciplinary expertise to sustainably transform the financial market in collaboration with our industry partners.
During this past year, we have produced and published research on topics ranging from examining how Earth System Science needs to be further incorporated into ESG standards to empower financial institutions to mitigate risk, analyzing the logic behind sustainable investment, to mapping out the real estate sector’s potential for sustainable transformation. Our researchers have also shared their expertise on subjects such as developing sustainable value chains, combating gender bias in innovation and entrepreneurship, and much more.
We look forward to continuing our work in 2022, and we look forward to working with you because we all need to work together to become more sustainable.
