This initiative, which was launched earlier in the year, aims to inspire students to develop innovative solutions to pressing challenges in sustainable finance within the financial sector while fostering collaboration between academia and industry partners.
The award is also intended to stimulate increased interest among students in pursuing sustainable finance research. This year, 16 submissions were received, each addressing a diverse range of topics linked to the key focus areas of the Sustainable Finance Lab.
The quality of submissions was exceptionally high, making the selection of winners a challenging task. After thorough evaluation, three winners were selected based on multiple criteria, including the relevance of the topic, connection to SFL themes, and the approach to the research question
